Policy & Procedures



Face Coverings / Masks are required to enter the office by all staff and clients. 

Please wait outside the office door until your therapists lets you in. Please do not arrive early to your appointment as we are not utilizing our waiting room at this time. 

We can not accept walk-ins or same day appointments at this time. All clients are seen by appointment only. 

If you are traveling from out of state, please visit the RI Department of Health website to see if there are quarantine restrictions for your state (click here)

If you are booking online, you will be screened online prior to making the appointment. The appointment will be reviewed before being accepted and scheduled. 

You must fill out the COVID-19 screening form that will be e-mailed to you the night before your appointment.

If you are not feeling well, we ask that you reschedule. There will not be a late cancellation fee if you need to reschedule for this reason. 

You will be screened again upon entering the office and your temp will be taken. If your temp is 100.4 or higher, we will not be able to treat you that day. If you respond yes to any of the symptoms on the screening, we will not be able to treat you that day. 

You will be asked to sign a treatment consent form in the office that will be kept on file. 

We are not able to provide water to clients after treatments but you are welcome to bring your own water bottle. 

We have discontinued hot towel services as well as hot stones  and cupping at this time. Couples massages will not be done in adjoining rooms. We are not currently offering prenatal massage or reflexology. Facial massages will also be discontinued at this time.

All staff are screened and temperatures are taken prior to the start of every shift. Masks are provided and worn for the duration of the time spent in the office.

Staff have been trained in the new extensive cleaning protocols. Treatment rooms are stripped of all linens and thoroughly cleaned including the floor being mopped between every client, every time using EPA listed disinfectants. All high-touch surfaces (door knobs, counters, light switches etc..) in common areas including the bathroom and desk area also cleaned between every client. All treatment room as well as the reception area are equipped with a medical grade filtration HEPA air purifier.

Hand sanitizer for clients and staff is readily available throughout the office, bathroom and treatment rooms.

Appointment times are being staggered to avoid cross traffic in the common areas.
