Beth graduated in 2017 with honors from Connecticut center for massage therapy. She has also pursued continuing education through the Upledger Institute for Cranial Sacral Therapy. CST is a light touch therapy that focuses on how our bodies process stress and the effects of the nervous system.  Beth enjoys breaking down sessions into: upper body focus – 60 minute session to look at postural challenges throughout head, neck and shoulders. Lower body focus – 60 minute session opening up and releasing tension of the lower back through the pelvic girdle, in and around the joints, hamstrings and quads, to improve range of motion and mobility for today and for years to come. A 90 minute session for full body evaluation, tool as a first session to see where the focus needs to be (or just good ol relaxation) Most of her work is moderate to deep pressure based on what the body allows. Beth works slow and with intention with the body, so that the work is integrated, allowing you to: live better in your body .
